OVERVIEW
Guavaberry Golf & Country Club is an upscale gated community with its development planned within a 4 million square meter (about 1,000 acres) property.

In the first phase of our development, there are 600 lots, mainly individual homesites ranging from 900 to 3,700 square meters (1/4 to 7/8 of an acre). There are also development lots, where apartments and villas are being built for sale. Many of these lots have as their backyard our magnificent Gary Player signature golf course.

All lots are set up for electricity, water, phone and cable. Our power generators and aqueduct guarantee uninterrupted electrical supply and quality water for the whole project.
