Hi, I stayed at the Melia Bavaro in Dec. 98. I thought it to be a great place if you're looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway. The rooms were spectacular, we plan on returning soon. We visited the Pardisus while were there. The rooms at the Paradisus were 1/2 the size of the Melia's, very sapcious and luxurious.
