I have just got my VISA to go on holiday to DR.
Im assuming i fill both parts of this out? There is amsller sheet at the bottom that is ready to detach..i guess i keep one and they take one at the airport?
They didnt send anything sayin what to do with it! lol
I assume this is right? Please let me know if not
