Re: wedding in the DR
The best thing we ever did!! The wedding was Beautiful. Being Canadian we did have to have our divorce Certificates legalized by the Dominican Embassy in Montreal, and our Lawyer had to legalized Single Status documents. But that was all very simple to do. We got married at the Hacienda resorts in March, we took our 2 teenage daughters and their friend and my husband's 80 yr. old parents. We all had fun!! I opted not to take our 10 yr. old with us , he really didn't want to fly, hates weddings, And we planned something special for the reception when we got home. There was not alot for him to do on the resort, the kids club they talked about was really a babysitting service for a few hours in the afternoon, I think he would have been bored by the end of the week. It was very simple to plan and it was very relaxing and I had no wedding Jitters, I even walked down the path to Bryan Adams, how Canadian can you get? Good luck, Vickie
