North East Samana Coast

Can someone remind me please because I cannot remember for the life of me, what is the name of that beautiful beach on the North East Coast of the Samana penninsular where they filmed the Bounty Bar adverts? Its pretty remote you would usually go there in a four track. Thanks. Richard

Is it Las Terranace. I am sure that is spelled wrong. I've been there. It is quite beautiful. I am not sure if it is the place you are looking for.

My best guess is El Rincon. Second guess Las Galeras/Cala Blanca.

Rebecca's guess is spelled Las Terrenas, but that's not northEast Samana coast.

It was probably at Bahia Rincon (more than one beach there) or El Valle.

At the risk of sounding repeticious, I would think it would be Bahia Rincon. You can easily reach Las Galeras and Cala Blanca beaches through the main road, but not Rincon! BTW, Conde Nast Traveler voted Rincon as one of the most beautiful beaches of the world in Oct. 96.
