Default Paella

We are seeking out the ultimate paella. I haven't had it since Europe in 1886 but it was indeed a favorite. We'll be staying in Boca Chica but will probably be going into Santo Domingo. Suggestions??????? Thanks in advance,

May

Don Pepe or Mezquita Restaurants in Santo Domingo, both Spanish restaurants.

Kathy:

The two restaurants Dolores recommends aren't bad, but I kinda like Boga Boga's paella, on Bolivar Ave. at Plaza Florida.

Regards, Keith

P.S. 1886? one hundred years is a long time to go without paella! :-)
