School in Punta Cana area?

Hi, going to Puj in April and bringing along gifts, clothes, shoes, candy and school supplies for the children. I need to know where a school is located in this area or nearby. Many posts about schools in Pop area but not in Puj... Your help is welcome. Thanks Claire :-)

Yes there's public schools in the Punta Cana area. There is one in the Cortecito, on the small road beside the Cortecito Inn. There's one too in The village El Veron which is about 20 minutes drive from Cortecito on the road that goes to Higuey. On this same road there's one in La Otra Banda too, which is about 40 minutes from Cortecito. There's 2 different groups of students, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
