accomodation in LAS TERRENAS less then 25USD ?

Does anyone know recommendable accomodations (with their fax or e-mail) in las terrenas less then 25USD / room ? I`m single and I`ll stay there for 4 weeks over the new year and I think it`s a very busy time (especially the yaer 2000).
