Puerta Plata/Playa Dorado/Flamenco Resort

Will be going to the subject area March 6, 1999. Can you tell me some good tours to take? How is the snorkeling in this area? If anyone has stayed at the Flamenco, how was your experience there? Thank you for any information.

We juat cam eback from Puerto Plata. Excellent time! Lots of good tours. Our favorite was the jeep adventure tours where you spend all day discovering the country side and then about 2 hours climbing a 7 story waterfalls. The Playa Dorada complex has about 10-15 hotels on it. Very nice and clean. Don't know anything about the Flamenco. Any questions about tours or the area, please feel free to email me.
