Any ideas for latino organization?

I am a member of a latino organization at an upstate NY college campus. Our purpose is to educate students, faculty, and staff about our culture, to build a sense of pride and unity among our latino community, and to build a support system for latinos. We are currnetly in need of ideas for events and programs that will be focused on latino students and entice them to become an active members of our organization. Due to the fact that we are a non-profit organization, we do not have a lot of money available, despite our fundraising. If anyone has any ideas that can be of assistance to us, please let us know.
