Just returned-Pardisus Punta Cana

We just returned from DR. We stayed at Pardisus. IT was very nice. The rooms where beautiful. The food good.The beach very nice. Very few americans. And NO Singles. Alot of families & couple. Alot of kids. It 's no cancun. If your going looking to make friends your in the wrong place. Dinner reservations are a bit of a hassel. Do them early as soon as you get there. Be very careful W/ what you eat and drink. Do NOT DRINK THE WATER!!! Do not eat uncooked fruit or veggies or anything that may have been washed and not cooked. We where very careful and still got sick. Most of the people we spoke W/ got sick to some extent. I recomend seeing a Doctor be for you go. Any questions feel free to ask or Email me.

Hi Maria, happy to hear you had a nice vacation at this resort. Could you describe the rooms? Are there any that have ocean views? I read that the in room mini bar is restocked daily? Is the resort as luxurious as its described to be? When dining in the a la carte resto's was there seafood on the menu? We are seafood lovers!! Also was wine available by the bottle? How about activities, did you practice any watersports, scuba & horseback riding? Any additional info you could add would further help us visualise our soon to come (April) experience at this resort. Hi Claire, The rooms are big and the bathroom hugh very nice.The rooms all have balcanies. Ask your travel agent to fax ahead and request 2 floor as close to ocean as possable. This is important.It is a big resort and you my end up very far from the beach otherwise.The mini was water soda and beer only but any bar will give cups of liquore to take to your room. The grounds and rooms are luxurious. The resturants nice. Lots oF seafood. Make sure you make your resevations the first day you get there other wise you'll be eating at the buffet ever night. Get to the desk early they open at 8 be there at 7:45.Wine as much as you can drink by the bottle. Allthe activities you mentioned are included and available. Don't drink the water,brush your teeth w/ bottled water ,don't eat any uncooked veggies or unpeelable fruit,not drink juice that doesn't come out of a can or bottle.See your doctor befor you go. The water is bad. Other then that DR,Punta cana was *****. Enjoy.
