Several are listed in the Living in Santo Domingo book. Some are:

ABC School. Tel. 535-3371. New Horizons, Tel. 533-4915. Colegio Internacional Sek, Tel. 541-1567. Mundo Maria Montessori. Tel. 567-4114. Peter Pan-St. Claire Academy. Tel. 563-2333. Primaria Montessori. Tel. 566-6163. St. George School. Tel. 562-5262. Lux Mundi, 563-2827 American School, Tel. 567-6824 Interamerican School, Tel. 540-1013 International School, Tel. 533-9884 St. Michael's School, Tel. 563-1707 St. Thomas School, Tel. 540-4806 Carol Morgan School, Tel. 537-8080 ICDA, Tel. 535-0665

While these may be stronger in one language than the other, students should all graduate fluent in Spanish and English.

As a former school teacher, I can send you a list of the best schools in the area. You may want to look up the following ones: THE ABC SCHOOL, THE INTER AMERICAN SCHOOL, THE SEK INTERNATIONAL, THE AMERICAN SCHOOL ,THE NEW HORIZONS SCHOOL. There are non bilingual schools, however, that do offer excellent

esl programs. Such is the case of Lux Mundi and Colegio Luis

Munoz Rivera. In fact, I recommend the last ones since their

programs are very well recognized.
