Daylight savings time

Just wondering if clocks are set ahead an hour in DR for daylight savings time?

Actually, the DR is one hour ahead of EST when we set our clocks back, right now 11am in NYC is 12 noon in DR. They don't change when we do.

Do you know on which date we change our clocks back? I am traveling on Easter day and I would like to know if it will still be 1 hr more in the DR when we arrive. We are in the (est) Quebec time zone. Thanks, Claire ;-)

So when we change our clocks ahead (EST) we will have the same time as DR?
