Searching For Elizabeth

I was on vacation in in Sosua March 3-9 when I met a wonderful person named Elizabeth. We had planned to meet to continue our friendship but missed each other due to a misunderstanding. Unfortunately I don't have her last name it MAY begin with a B or V but I could be wrong. Elizabeth lives in Santo Domingo but was visiting her sister who I believe lives on the outskirts of Sosua. Elizabeth works as a receptionist, is divorced from an American who may be a photographer. She has a daughter named Alexandria who is 4 years old.Her father worki in the police force in Santo Domingo. She is the youngest of three girls. Please help me find her. Maybe someone you know might know of her. Please ask around. Does any body have ideas of how I could locate her? I am offering a reward for helping me find her.
