What a relief to see some sensibility. I became so tired of the issue of the hotel v. tourist. thought it had quit yesterday and then it starts again.
Maybe if people would have let the Hotel state it's position and the tourist theirs instead of forming conjecture by persons not involved?
I use this a specific example of the many issues that get out of hand, not just that particular one. So many people "jumping in" with no knowledge of the situation only creates problems that could be avoided.
Just an opinion of a silly old travel agent in NYC.
