Business in Dominican Republic

My company has exported to a business in the Dominican Republic that has failed to pay over $30,000 for manufacturing items they purchased from us. They are still doing business but refuse to respond to our repeated requests for information about when payment will be made. I need the name and address of the appropriate Economic Development Office or Consulate to contact for assistance.
