Heavens Hotel - Nov 20, 1999

Planing to spend 2 weeks in Nov & Dec at Heavens Hotel any comments regard service and quality of food. I'm already expreincing difficult in securing my accomadations with the Reservation Manager.

The resort database has good info. My sister went there and swears she will never return to D.R. at all because of Heavenly experience. Not so heavenly.
