Casa Del Mar and Car Rental Info?

I will be going to Casa Del Mar in Bayahibe in July 1999 for my honeymoon. Has anyone stayed there that would like to give their opinion?? Where are the best rooms, do they speak english well enough to comunicate etc....

Also, we can't decide whether or not rent a car? Any suggestions?? We like to get out and see things, perhaps just taking drives but don't know the safety of this.

you better go to Juan Dolio area or Boca Chica or you will be bored to death To rent a car is the best way to meet the locals (if you like) But driving is a little dangerous If you like more information send an email and I will try to give it away. sorry for any mistakes --- I am german. UWE
