Trade use of condo for paint work

We have a nice condo on the beach three miles west of Cabarete that needs Professional painting. It's a fully furnished two bedroom, two bath unit with airconditioning and pool in a secure developement right on the beach. It's 1,100sq.ft. with some ceilings 15 feet high.
