I am looking for information regarding the hourly rate of pay.

The current legal minimum wage in the dr is 1495 pesos per month. However, pay varies depending upon the work that you have. Tourism related is generally higher, many expats work in timesharing, tour reps, tour guides, scuba diving. Hope this helps.
