Default internet services in Santiago area of DR
Great message board!

Could any of you folks fill me in on current availability of email and other internet services in the Santiago area? For example, are there websites that reflect the schools, community, and business interests? Perhaps there's a message board such as this. Would like to know if website and/or message board could be set up in both English and Spanish. Would appreciate directions to reach appropriate persons via email.
