Just an observation. this site was I thought a place to exchange valuable information about the country and its customs. Don't know and can't explain what is currently happening but subject matters seem to drift a long way away. I obviously didn't think that the beach resort type conversation brought a lot of value as there is no better experience in life than fly and drive , meet and live like the locies I apologise but let's help ourselves bring back this site to where it belongs

Promotion of the all inclusive resorts is exactly the purpose of this board. "They" are the major advertisers that support the board and every effort is givn to direct commerce in their direction

The message board cannot be all things to all people. The guidelines of the board are described in the link listed below.

have you read the message board guidlines lately, dont see anything about giving every effort to direct commerce in the direction of all inclusive resorts, what about the smaller independents that seem to be having a hard time as a result of the all inclusives, after all lots of them are Dominicans.
