exchange rates

What are the exchange rates from U.S. Dollars to pesos as far as anyone knows recently. I am goingin July for the 1st time and I am wondering. Any other useful info would be helpful

The exchange rate varies depending on where you change your money. I received RD$15.90/US$1 a couple weeks ago and a couple weeks before that, I was getting RD$16/US$1.

I have had to exchange today at 15.80 RD$. Pascal

Rates vary by establishment, whether or not you are Dominican (they are often given slightly better exchange rates), and with the fluctuating market. You might get 15.80 and I might get 15.90 at a cash exchange right next door at the same time.
