I don't know if it is on the web or not, there are no indications of it in the magazine. I assume you can buy it at any supermarket or grocery store CARIBBEAN TRAVEL & LIFE, the article of Interest is ominican Republic, Among the Crocs and Witch Docs.

It is primarily about the area around Lago Enriquillo and an "interesting article about Dulce Maria "The Dominican Republic's Pope of the paranormal" in the village of El Naranjo

This is refreshing news. I did not renew my subscription to this magazine this year (I like Islands much better), but will definetely buy this issue. They are usually sold in such bookstores as Borders and Barnes and Noble.
