Beachfront Land

I am looking for BEACHFRONT LAND for sale. NO REAL ESTATE AGENTS PLEASE! Must meet following requirements: North Coast from Cabarete to Cabrera. Must be exquisite sand beach fronting high & dry buildable lot, good access road, 2 to 5 acres (8000m2 to 20,000m2) You must have current clear title and survey.
