Forget it...
Your options are very limited and the connection here is very bad. Codetel is the largest but very expensive, then it's split between Tricom and 1 or 2 smaller companies. It's much more cost effective to host in the USA. If you are looking to host a site that falls outside of the USA laws, then try some of the smaller Caribbean islands. This is where you find most of the casino sites hosting.
