To all foreigners living in DR over 3 years

TO ALL FOREIGNERS LIVING IN DR OVER 3 YEARS OR MORE. KNOW THAT YOU ARE HOPEFULLY RELOCATED FINALLY IN THE DR CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE DID YOU DECIDED TO LIVE AND WHY. AND IF KNOW THAT YOU ARE LIVING IN THE DR FOR A WHILE WHERE DID YOU THINK WILL BE THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE.
