Default News on interest rates
I notice that on the todays daily news they said that interest rates in DR are going down to 14%. Can anyone tells me if this in regards in buying real estate. I know last time I check with the "Asociacion Popular de Ahorros y Prestamos" they told me 18 % for 20 years with a 25% down.

Anyone can comment.
