This park has a little bit of everything. They are a combination of zoo and cultural center, and also feature performances of animals, such as parrots, horses and dolphins. It is primarily of interest to those staying in East Coast hotels (Punta Cana, Bavaro) as they offer free transport from and to those hotels. The cost of admission is around US$20. Yes, it is a good place to take small children, as long as they can walk by themselves or you have a stroller.
