Need info on E-mail Centers, Cyber cafes, etc.

Hi! I am interested in what types of technological services are open in Santo Domingo for the general public. Are there any e-mail centers, cyber cafes, or office centers available? Is there a need for such services?

Also, does Santo Domingo have many office buildings for rent? If so, are they in high demand?
