Default Bottled Water / Liquids for toddler.

Is bottled water readily/easily available at the bars at all-inclusive resorts and in stocked mini-bars? Is drinking fruit juices safe; which do you recommend? (Travelling with toddler, visiting Punta Cana area) Thanks for all replies.

You will find anything you will want or need there. You may want to take enough water or juice to get to where you are going. The fruit juices are all good in fact better than the states. Go have a great time you will not have any problem finding what you want.

Several local and foreign companies sell fruit juices in UHT containers. One of these, Bon, has juices has mango, orange, pear and peach juices available in this aseptic container that allows you to store it unrefrigerated until you open it. These juices have been approved for export to Europe. If you will be leaving the hotel on an excursion stock up on these. Note that any colmado or store will also sell juices, either cold or in UHT packaging. The hotels make bottled water readily available in restaurant areas, minibars or, for purchase in their stores, depending on the hotel. Bon is the same company that sells delicious sherberts and ice cream in stores all throughout the country.

My friend and I travelled to the DR with a toddler in Aug. She found all that she need even pedialyte just in case. She used Motts apple juice and bottled water and carnation instant milk powdered we found all of this in a local supermarket.
