Flight from DR to Cuba

I want to go from Puerto Plata DR to Habana/Cuba. I can´t find Cuban Airlines on the web. Are there any other air companies operating on Cuba? I need to know the ticket price and the time schedule. Can i fly from Puerto Plata to Habana? If not, can anyone help me with info about bus from Puerto Plata to Santo Domingo. Ticket price, time schedule and from where in Puerto Plata the bus departs.
