looking for land in cibao

I'm looking to buy a plot of land in the Cibao region to eventually build a small vacation house. Would prefer the area in and around San Jose de las Matas (Corozito, Los Montones, etc.) since I enjoy the mountains. Jarabacoa would be my other choice. Constanza is just too far but I'd be willing to consider it if I got a good price. Must be legal (deed). Does anyone know of any deals available in those areas?
