Dominican Ambassador - Canada

Delores - can you tell me if the Dominican Ambassador has taken up residency in Canada yet - if so can you send me his name, address and phone numbers - I will want to visit with him and explain our Dominican Republic Project for People with Disabilities. Thank you.

I am very interested in your project. I currently work with a Children's Mental Health Centre, and work allows me the opportunity to work with youth that are developmentally challenged. I am uncertain as to whether or not this falls into the category of People with Disabilites, or if you are only working with those people with Physical challenges. I am hoping to spend a short span in the dr this summer and I am interested in volunteering my skills in the POP area. I realize that you are in Canada, or I am assuming but perhaps you can offer me some names of places, churches, or other agencies where I can lend my support.
