One day a guy was walking along the beach when all of a sudden he found an arm,he took the arm to the best plastic surgeons in the DR and they all got together and found a way to grow a body from that arm.This new guy became one of the greatest baseball pitchers!Another day walking the beach a guy found a leg,again it was taken to the best surgeons of the DR and they grew a body from that leg,the new guy became one of the worlds best soccer players!Then one day the surgeons got together and wondered if they could grow a body from a coconut and lo and behold first a body sprouted then arms and legs,next thing you know he walked away! So what did he become you may ask?.....The President!

My response would be; Which president,the one in the US or the one in the DR.? I don't know that much about the president of the DR, but the joke would not be too far off if it refers to Clinton.

Yes he did become the President, but not in the DR, IT WAS THE USA and he is still the Presicent. J.
