Project Management job in DR?

What are the possibilities for a 30YO female project manager to get a qualified job on DR? I am an engineer and have extensive experience from running large (>50MUSD) projects in the power generation and power transmission sector. Have an MSc in industrial management. Greatful for ay suggestions!!

My opinion, chances are not so good because there are plenty of electrical engineers in the DR. But "la peor diligencia es la que no se hace," or the worst run errand is that which is not run.
