Arepa de Yuca

Can someone (preferably a good cook) please post a recipe for arepa de yuca. Gracias

Hope you enjoy the following: 1 egg/1-1/2 c. shredded juca +/- 1/2 lb/ 1 tbl butter melted/1 tsp sugar/ 1 tsp salt/1 tsp Anise seeds/1/2 c oil. Beat eggs until light and foamy. Stir in yuca, butter, sugar, salt and anise. Drop tablespoons in hot oil. Note: ensure that shredded yuca is well drained. Bon Appetit.... Sofy's B&B
