Barcelo Bavaro Palace

Anyone have info on this resort? Would welcome any input. Staying there for a week in Jan. Thanks, BK

Karen, We returned on 11/13 from our first(but certainly not our last) visit to the DR. We stayed at the Bavaro Palace which was definitely the right choice. It is not only the the nicest on the property, it also offers the most amenities. The breakfast buffet, choices of all the restaurants and the nicest beach area are just some of the reasons to stay at the Palace. Prior to our arrival, I requested an oceanfront room by e-mail and all our requests were honored and acknowledged prior to our departure.
