Not a criticism, just an observation

I have to laugh (I do feel bad for those who spend a lot of money and are not happy)when I read the "horror" stories about poor service, bugs, lousy food, bad service etc at the all inclusive resorts.

except for one stay at Boca Chica resort (Which was great, I more than got my moneys worth in drinks), I have always stayed at small hotels, eaten at local restaraunts, visited the bars and clubs where the Dominican people go, and never been un-happy with anything.

My meals usually cost 3-4USD, a room is under $30, drinks are 1-2$ and service is more than adequate, in fact the idea that they are receiving tips seems to have the waiters or owners hovering around our tables
