Is Club viva Dominicus Palace the Gran Dominicus?

im looking for information on a apple vacation to the "club viva dominicus palace" but cant find any reveiws of this place.i have found reviews of the "club viva dominicus" and the "gran dominicus" am i just confused?,is the "gran dominicus"really the "club viva dominicus palace"?......please help with any information or sites on these resorts. No, they are not the same although they are located in the same area. We are going to the Gran Dominicus and had the same confusion as you. The Dominicus Palace is new and that is why you can't find any information (I'm not even sure if it is open yet). The Club Viva Dominicus is owned by the same company as the Dominicus Palace and the Gran Dominicus is owned by a former co owner of the Club Viva Dominicus. I am curious about where you found information on the Gran Dominicus and would appreciate it if you could let me know. We have been to the Bayahibe area where these resorts are and it is beautiful there.

jack....i found 1 reveiw of the gran dominicus right here at dr1.com go to the hotel and resort search engine and dont select any of the drop down menus and just type in gran dominicus.ill let you know if i find anything else in my searching.....thanks! Chris

yes they are the same palaces and are wonderful!!!!!!!!
