Re: tourist card?

Hi Debbie - As Jodi said the tourist card is just a small form with a few questions. At Puerto Plata airport the signs directed us right to the booth where we gave the gentleman $10.00 each and he gave us the form to fill out. I recommend giving correct change in cash not Travelers Cheques. Keep the yellow copy with your passport and when you depart you turn it in with another $10.00 each. Also, on the plane American Airlines gave us customs forms that we needed for entry. Hope this helps! Feel free to E mail with questions, I will answer any that I can.
