From the archvies: Plaza Andalucia called "Cafe @" (Calle Gustavo Mejia Ricart at Mejia Ricart and Lincoln), or Plaza Universitaria (Av. Sarasota), Plaza La Lira (Roberto Pastoriza Av.) There is a similar setup at an independent call center on Churchill between 27 de Sep. and Bolivar. Also, many Codetel and Tricom centers.
