locating the locals

I will be traveling to Santo Domingo in January for business. I would love to get in touch with a Dominican friend from college,Juan Manuel Pena, but have lost contact. Does anyone know of people locator sites specifically for the Dominican Republic? I've run the name through all the usual people finders to no avail.
