Iīd been in a very nice apartament in boca chica, located about three blocks from the main tourist street and the beach. Itīs cost 35 per day, and i had no problem to bring people .
There are more hotels at lower prices, but i donīt know if you could go with friends. Anyway, some hotels allow that by paying a little bit more. Only thing you have to do is to ask the recepcionist. No problem.
