internet employment in DR?

I live in the US and work in the internet industry, strategy, project and account managment etc. I am thinking of moving to th e DR in the next few months and am wondering if there are opportunities to get involved with a start up or established internet company. I speak intermediate Spanish and continue to study to improve my fluency. Any information is appreciated!
