Default Message for Fabio Guzman Lawyer

Mr. Fabio Guzman

Could you tell me what is the time limit a person has to make a financial claim against some one for an automobile accident were there was no injuries (in the DR)?

Thanks in advance

The statute of limitations to sue for damages in civil court in this case would be six months. However, if the responsible party was charged for the accident, the matter gets a bit more complicated and the time limit could be extended.
