WEBMASTER: Just tell these people that the process of becoming licensed in the DR is long and arduous and will take about 3-4 years of preparing and presenting documents to various agencies and then they must take a comprehensive exam in Surgery, Medicine, Ob/GYN and Pediatrics, both oral and written, IN SPANISH. Maybe this will temper their desire to come here.
