Spanish Language &Baseball

Hi I am looking to relocate to D.R. for around 2 months starting end of October my interests are aprender espanol y beisbol, I need advice as to where to geographically place myself to address the above,Boca Chica comes to mind as that would satisfy my third interest, any advice would be warmly welcomed.
