I did fly with them in Feb this year. Personally I thought it was a horrible flight and I would never want to fly them again. First, the plan is way to small. A small bag hardly fits underneath the seat and even if it did fit you wouldn't beable to reach it because the person in front and next to you are way to close. The attendants were polit. The flight coming back was smooth but after 9 hours in the plane because DR Airport wanted us to wiat for another couple we were NOT happy campers coming into MPLS airport. If it's the only flight going there of course I would fly them again but, if I had a choice I wouldn't! If it was cheaper than any other flights I could probably handle it.

Thank god I am a small female and not a bigger guy like my boyfriend which he was sooo very uncomfortable.

Once you get to the DR you will forget all about the flight! I DID!!! Have a great time!!!!!!!!!!
