Sorry to discourage you, but there are many good looking men who drive black scooters!
My advice to you is call the hotel and ask for the part of the hotel he was working in, pool, bar, lobby bar, wherever and I'm sure someone will know him and you will be able to find him.
It's a small world! Don't give up!
